3. How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and connect buyers with brokers.
- To review and publish yacht listings submitted to us.

We share inquiry information only with the broker(s) directly relevant to your request. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We keep inquiry data for 24 months from last contact, yacht submission data for the lifetime of the listing + 12 months after, and newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe.

8. International transfers
Yacht Gate operates globally. Your data may be transferred to and stored in countries outside your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

Yacht Gate is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
