By using Yacht Gate (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Yacht Gate
Yacht Gate is an online marketplace that connects yacht buyers, sellers, brokers and service providers. We do not own, sell, or charter the yachts listed.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. By creating an account or submitting a yacht, you confirm this.
3. Listings (sellers & brokers)
- You are responsible for the accuracy of every detail in your listing.
- Photos and documents you upload must be yours, or used with permission.
- We may edit, reject or remove a listing at our discretion.
- Listing on Yacht Gate is currently free; commission applies only on a successful sale.
4. Inquiries (buyers)
- Inquiries are forwarded to the broker for the listing in question.
- Yacht Gate is not a party to any sale, charter, or contract between you and a broker / owner.
- You must verify all information independently before any transaction.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent listings.
- Scrape, copy or republish content without our written consent.
- Use the Service to harass, threaten or defraud others.
- Bypass security features or attempt to access data not yours.
6. Intellectual property
The Yacht Gate name, logo, website design and original copy are owned by Yacht Gate. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it on the Service.

8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Yacht Gate is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Total liability will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the prior 12 months (zero, if no payment).
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate any account or listing that breaches these Terms, without prior notice if necessary.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cairo, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the new Terms.
